The process is very easy and takes less than 30 minutes. It gives you an opportunity to meet us, ask any questions you might have, and see the space.
Please bring your pet's food, medications, and leash. Please send appropriate amount of food for each stay rather than a large container as we do not have additional storage space. We provide bedding, bowls and crates if necessary.
We like to keep the pups as close to routine as possible, so if they are normally crated at bedtime, they can have a crate here. Pups who are not crate trained will not be crated, however crates can be used if there are any issues
We allow all types of diets and can refrigerate special food as needed. We also administer medication if instructions are listed on pet profile. If your pup needs pill pockets to take medications, please send those as well
We do a meal rotation which allows for all types of eaters. The faster eaters go first so they can return outside to play, allowing the grazers to take their time. Mealtime is directly supervised.
Because boarding is offered in our home, we are strict on the open/close hours listed. If you have an early morning departure, you are welcome to drop off the night before. Our drop off and pickup hours are listed at the bottom of the page.
We require Rabies, DHPP and Bordatella. We also highly recommend canine influenza and lyme. Vaccination records can be uploaded to our booking portal. Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old and fully vaccinated.
We allow free cancellations for non-holiday bookings up to 3 days prior to drop off, after which there is a cancellation fee of $25 per dog. For holiday bookings, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to drop off. If cancellation is made after that time, 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
Based on our availability, you are welcome to pick up your dog before the scheduled check out date/time. However, the full amount for the originally booked stay will still apply, as that space was reserved specifically for your dog.
There is a holiday fee of $20 per dog on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
We charge for each 24-hour period. There is a 90-minute grace period before the system charges for another day.
Yes! Our premium boarding add-on includes daily scheduled photo updates and personalized check-ins so you can enjoy peace of mind while you are away.
Standard boarding focuses on hands-on care and supervision and does not include routine messaging or photo updates. We will always contact you if there are any concerns.
We offer both Bath & Brush services as well as an option to upgrade to premium boarding.
